Rindu itu Datang Lagi..

Cinta pertamaku mengetuk lagi. Aduu memang tak tidur malam dibuatnya. Dah 3 malam macam ni apa kes? Malam ni pun takleh tidur jugak sampai akhirnya aku pun bangun dan buka pc. Ni semua gara-gara dok menyapu laman petang jumaat lepas la ni. Arghhh tensi betol!

Kisah cinta pertama yang hadir sejak bertahun-tahun yang lalu. Kisah cinta pertama yang tak pernah luput dari ingatan, yang tak pernah lekang dari hati. Sapa yang kenal aku sure boleh teka apa yang aku tengah fikir just by reading the above paragraph. Kalau hebat lagi, dari title pun dah dapat agak. Kalau takleh teka tu maknanya tak betul-betul kenal lagi la tuh..huhuhu. Penangan cinta pertama ni memang pahit!

Bila teringat, mesti akan rasa rindu yang amat sangat. Dan semestinya jiwa dan fikiran aku ni akan melayang balik ke zaman internship aka engineering industrial training aka latihan industri pada april-jun 2007. Bila rasa rindu tu datang, jiwa pun akan rasa bagai ditekan-tekan.. Ya Allah, rindunya waktu tu..rindu sangat-sangat!! Sekarang ni boleh tengok dari jauh je. Tu pun kalau nampak.

Inilah cinta hati yang dimaksudkan. Quite an obsession jugak la kan kalau dah sampai takleh tidur malam bila teringatkan mende alah ni. Rasanya sejak mumayyiz kot dah jatuh cinta dengan aircraft ni. Boeing 747-400. Dah tu nak wat camne, dalam rumah pun penuh dengan model 747. Blame my dad. Hahaha. I’ve travelled in its cockpit ever since i can remember, and it fills me with awe everytime it takes off and lands, even as it is taxiing. It is huge and takes a lot of space on the runway, and its curves are all at the right places. Unlike the A380 which is to me, not at all sexy. too big! i can actually sit down and look at it for hours, and hours, and hours, and hours, without getting bored. well i actually did that setiap pagi dan petang waktu eit. Huhuhu.

Bila lalu kat Jalan Lapangan Terbang Subang tu, musti akan pandang kiri dan kanan, Hangar 1 kat sebelah kiri. Hangar 2,3 dan 4 kat sebelah kanan. Hangar 5 kat KLIA. Hangar 1 repair aircraft kecik je macam Fokker 50 tu. Owh ingat lagi. Pastu akan mengeluh perlahan, sambil fikir dalam hati;

“Ya Allah, betulkah pilihanku ini? Bagilah aku ketenangan..” Kadang-kadang pulak fikir, “Haih, agak-agak ada chan lagi ke nak datang sini?” dan bermacam-macam fikiran lagi.


Ni tengah timbang kapal terbang. 747 la ni. Huhu 2 days after my 23rd birthday. Memang excited. So macam ni la rupa orang timbang kapal terbang. Letak mesin timbang tu bawah setiap tayar. Kalau tak silap berat 747 tu lebih kurang 400 tan. Tak ingat la berapa, malas pulak nak belek eit report. Cane letak mesin timbang tu bawah tayar ek? Takkan la angkat tayar tu seketul-seketul naik atas penimbang? Macam tak logik je, kan berat. Well, mesin penimbang tu disusun kat belakang setiap tayar, waktu ni kapal terbang tu kena dok depan sikit la. So bila dah siap susun alat penimbang tu seme, baru la ada kereta tu tolak kapal ni naik atas penimbang. Ha gitu. Tayar-tayar yang nampak dalam gambar ni, yang ada err 2, 4, 6, 8, 12 ni adalah main landing gears, maksudnya tayar belakang la. Kat depan tu ada 2 lagi tayar nama dia nose landing gears sebab dia dok bawah aircraft nose. So seme skali ada 16 tayar.


Ni pulak time buat fastener mapping. Haha orang-orang kat depan tu konon tengah ukur jarak antara fastener (macam paku la gitu) pakai pembaris pastu nak tulis. Mana ada orang buat map pakai tulis jarak je. Lagipun permukaan yang curvy macam tu mana nak dapat accurate reading pakai pembaris keras? So kebetulan aku bawa kertas kosong dan pensel, dengan ‘ala2 shinichi’nya (ewah!) gi kat aircraft tu (of kos la lepas diorang dah give up sebab banyak sangat nak kena ukur), letak kertas kat dinding aircraft tu pastu tekap je dengan pensel. Dapat la map fasteners tu sume kan. So balik ofis bule la ukur betul-betul jarak antara fastener. Lagi senang dari nak ukur seketul-seketul kat atas tangga tu. Takkan la nak dok berjam-jam mencangkung kat situ plak.

Kalau orang-orang yang kerja kat Kompleks A tu baca entry ni musti fikir, apa la budak ni syok sangat nak datang sini, aku dah naik bosan. Well, who cares kan. You might have worked there like forever, but I had only 3 months. So yes, I have had a very fulfilling 3 months there, 3 months je. Tak puas lagi. And I still miss the place, I miss seeing aircraft everyday, and I miss doing what I had done there. So even though I have moved on in my life, got married and have children, that part of my life is one that I want to cherish and miss until the end of my life. Bahkan kalau boleh masuk sesuka hati memang nak pergi lagi kat hangar tu. I love aircraft and I love learning about aircraft and airline operations.

  1. Yes i love the blaming out dad part as he’s the one who spoiling us to this extend!! I love aircraft so much, i couldnt elaborate y i love to see aircraft take off, landings, taxiing, the anouncement, the smells, the colours, the curves.. Argghhh everything about aircraft! Especially MAS, seriously..

    Unlike you, i adore triple look and its performances.. I frequently falling in love with triple more than i ever could do! I cannot resist to have a proud, high feeling (hard to explained!!) everytime i saw them flying freely up to the sky… Seriously, i am falling in love with this huge machinary! Arghhh..

    You know what, i could really sense it if there is my luv flying across my area.. Oh my! It is so magnificent!

    Another crazy part that i wud do, i can stand for hours and hours just staring at the stand still aircraft and it is like a mind theraphy! Omg, im just lovin it man! Not only that, i adore to see the crew walking and pulling their baggage to an aircraft.. It is so awesomeeee..

    Haizz i cant stop grumbling, bubbling, talking about aircraft and airlines.. Shucks!!

  2. Haha penyakit kita mmg sama..our dads to be blamed..lalala~ too bad nasib kita pun sama, not as lucky as our fathers had been..haih~ :( bila diana? Bila? Bila nak ada opening ni?
